Military Wedding Special

We are now offering an Active Military Wedding Special:

Effective immediately, upon booking 3 nights lodging, we will waive the ceremony site fee for any couple where either the bride and/or groom are currently active in the United States military. This offer is valid on the following dates:

• January - April
• November - December
• 1-40 guests

This is a saving of up to 75% off the regular seasonal ceremony package.

Wedding For Two

This package includes lodging, the Justice of the Peace, a small Wedding Cake, a bottle of Champagne, Photographer, a rose bouquet for the bride and a rose boutonniere for the groom.

Your private Estes Park ceremony can take place on your balcony or in your room in front of the fireplace at no additional charge. If you prefer to have an outdoor ceremony at the pond, pavilion or lawn there is a small additional fee. You will also be able to take photos anywhere across the scenic Black Canyon Inn property.

• This package has been set up for elopements only. If you have 25 or fewer guests attending your wedding, please contact us for a customized Small Wedding Package quote.
• The bouquet and boutonniere will be made up of white or red roses with either a white or ivory ribbon. Other rose colors can usually be substituted. Other colors of choice: lavender, white, yellow, red, pink, white with pink edge, or peach.
• This package is available year-round but pricing will vary depending on the time of year. Minimum night stay requirements will apply for all lodging.
• Although it is best to book your elopement ceremony at least a month ahead, we can usually accommodate requests for elopements within in shorter time restraints.

All Inclusive Winter Wedding

We have also teamed up with Twin Owls Steakhouse to offer an All Inclusive Winter Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package which includes the following:

• Available November - April
• Available for weddings with 25 or fewer people

2010/2011 All Inclusive Ceremony & Reception Package:

• All ceremonies are provided a 3-hour block of time at the wedding site of your choice. The pricing is dependent only on the number of guests and does not vary between the sites. The 3 hours affords time for site decoration, your ceremony, lots of great wedding photos and site cleanup. An indoor backup site in case of inclement weather is included.
• The Black Canyon Inn event staff will set up and take down all required chairs.
• Packaged in the ceremony site fee is 3 nights lodging in one of the beautiful 1-bedroom condominiums or log cabin.
• Your ceremony site fee allows for photos at all of our scenic locations around the Black Canyon Inn property.
• A dress rehearsal is scheduled on the day previous to your wedding ceremony. The specific time is planned around any wedding ceremony that may occur on the day of your rehearsal.
• Reception at the Twin Owls Steakhouse.
• Wedding officiant to perform your ceremony.
• 50 minute photo shoot with Cathcart Photography during your ceremony.
• Hand tied rose bouquet for the bride and a matching rose boutonniere for the groom from Karen's Flower of Estes.
• 2-tiered wedding cake from Schmidt's Bakery.

The rate for this package is $2775 plus tax and gratuity.
